Although seizures are a relatively rare side effect of vaping, there have been several reported since the habit has become popular. Doctors have attributed these to nicotine poisoning, due to the fact that e-cigs can sometimes provide an even higher dose of it than a traditional cigarette via cartridges, a charge, or the way the nicotine is extracted. There’s also speculation that the seizures were caused by other, possibly undiagnosed medical issues that were triggered by vaping, as opposed to the vape itself. Either way, that is another health concern connected to vaping.
