Reject Excess

In America, we have a tendency to go for glitzy, excessive items. We also tend to enjoy retail therapy a little too much. This doesn’t do much aside from eat away at our wallets and encourage industries to use more natural resources to create more stuff we all don’t need.
This is true for just about every aspect of our lives, from food to buying up homes that are a bit too large. The easiest (and most cost-effective) way to get more Earth-friendly is to reject excess and go for what you need rather than buying up extra.
