What is dark matter, anyway?
We all know that dark matter exists. It makes about 80 percent of the known universe and is the reason why space is dark. We have found proof to its existence and it’s generally accepted as a scientific fact.
Though we know a lot about dark matter, we don’t know what it’s made of. It’s not like scientists have samples of it lying around. To learn more about dark matter, scientists have to use high-end particle measurement tools to confirm everything.
Many scientists believe that dark matter is made of concentrated, large mass particles. However, we haven’t seen evidence to prove it using the measuring technology we already have.
